Diese F\u00f6rderer bestehen aus Rollen, die auf einem gemeinsamen Rahmen montiert sind und \u00fcber die die G\u00fcter bewegt werden. Rollenbahnen werden in Produktionslinien, Postsortieranlagen, Lagern und sogar in Supermarktkassen eingesetzt. Eine einzelne Rollenbahn enth\u00e4lt in der Regel Dutzende oder Hunderte von eng beieinander liegenden Rollen, die entweder durch Motoren oder durch Schwerkraft angetrieben werden. Jede Rolle dreht sich auf zwei Lagern um ihre Achse, und die Qualit\u00e4t dieser Lager bestimmt weitgehend die Langlebigkeit des F\u00f6rderers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In einer Postsortieranlage zum Beispiel kann ein einziger Meter Rollenbahn 10-15 Rollen enthalten, die jeweils von zwei oder drei Lagern getragen werden. Bei umfangreichen F\u00f6rdersystemen kann die Wartung so vieler Lager - die st\u00e4ndig geschmiert, ausgetauscht und repariert werden m\u00fcssen - eine Herausforderung darstellen.
